Abstract

Vismodegib, an orally bioavailable small-molecule Smoothened inhibitor, is approved for treatment of advanced basal cell carcinoma (BCC). We conducted a pharmacokinetic study of vismodegib in patients with advanced solid tumors to explore the effects of food on drug exposure.
