| Abstract |
Patient assessment and documentation are less than optimal in pharmacy practice as preparing and dispensing medications is still a major part of community pharmacy practice. Pharmacists' attitudes, specifically self-efficacy and role beliefs, toward practice have been shown to predict practice change. |
