The sun is just about shining (finally, summer!) over our office in London, but we’ve barely got any time to enjoy it before we’ll be hitting the conference scene again! We’ve had loads of exciting developments recently, including the addition of Scopus citations to our Explorer platforms, an integration with Dimensions, and all the work we’ve been doing around Altmetric for books. There’s still a lot in progress and we’re looking forward to making some big announcements in the near future.

Altmetric’s Outreach and Engagement Manager Stacy Konkiel will be speaking at this year’s 3:AM conference. This year’s conference will cover all the latest developments in altmetrics, with experts and opinion leaders sharing their thoughts on how they might evolve in future.
Frankfurt Book Fair, 19th – 23rd October, Frankfurt, Germany
We’re already gearing up for Frankfurt! Digital Science will have a booth in Hall 4.2, where you can explore all of the solutions we offer for publishers, societies and institutions. ARL Library Assessment Conference, 31st October – 2nd November, Arlington, Virginia
Altmetric’s Outreach and Engagement Manager, Stacy Konkiel will be attending this event and co-hosting a workshop with Rachel Borchardt, from the American University, on ‘How to Use Altmetrics Data from the Social Web to Evaluate Collections, Boost Institutional Repositories, and Support Researchers at Your Institution’ on Thursday 3rd November from 9am-12.30pm.
Charleston Annual Conference, 31st October – 5th November, Charleston, South Carolina
