Abstract

The author report a retrospective study of 270 cases of clinically proved MS and MRI in a State of Brazil (Parana) which is localized between the parallels 22 degrees a 30 degrees South. Comments are made about the age of the patients, number and localization of the lesions in the brain and spinal cord.
