Great stuff! Since I can’t help myself, I’ll add: (1) The FLIPI24 from @MaurerStats includes B2M. I’d push for routinely check this at FL diagnosis, since it’s a stronger prognostic signal than LDH (which may be better gauge of transformation risk?). ht…
