I should add that my sources in the planetary dynamics community are not convinced by the arguments for a global Enceladus ocean. The libration claimed is only about 1 km in amplitude...

I wasn't aware of that libration data, which does support a global ocean. Thank you for alerting me to that. There is still good evidence for recent Enceladus true polar wander, & thus a recent large impact, but a global ocean is probably not impact…
