I think it's worth pointing out that the authors have issued a correction that appears to address the query at the top of this thread, concerning some supplementary figures...

Figure 3A and 3C appear to use the same bands for the Norleual/HGF treated samples despite probing with Met or Gab1 antibodies. Notice that the background spots around the bands are even the same.

I agree with your findings. The 2 sets of plots appear to show identical data points.
