Abstract

The Assay Guidance Manual (AGM) is an eBook of best-practices for the design, development, and implementation of robust assays for early drug discovery. Initiated by pharmaceutical company scientists, the manual provides guidance for designing a "testing funnel" of assays to identify genuine hits using high-throughput screening (HTS) and advancing them through pre-clinical development. Combined with a workshop/tutorial component, the overall goal of the AGM is to provide a valuable resource for training translational scientists. This article is protected by copyright. Attention Score in Context

Attention Score in Context

This research output has an Altmetric Attention Score of 4. This is our high-level measure of the quality and quantity of online attention that it has received. This Attention Score, as well as the ranking and number of research outputs shown below, was calculated when the research output was last mentioned on 23 August 2022.
All research outputs
#11,989,309
of 34,546,575 outputs
Outputs from CTS: Clinical & Translational Science
#552
of 1,432 outputs
Outputs of similar age
#148,329
of 372,479 outputs
Outputs of similar age from CTS: Clinical & Translational Science
#7
of 10 outputs
Altmetric has tracked 34,546,575 research outputs across all sources so far. This one has received more attention than most of these and is in the 64th percentile.
So far Altmetric has tracked 1,432 research outputs from this source. They typically receive a lot more attention than average, with a mean Attention Score of 10.5. This one has gotten more attention than average, scoring higher than 60% of its peers.
Older research outputs will score higher simply because they've had more time to accumulate mentions. To account for age we can compare this Altmetric Attention Score to the 372,479 tracked outputs that were published within six weeks on either side of this one in any source. This one has gotten more attention than average, scoring higher than 59% of its contemporaries.
We're also able to compare this research output to 10 others from the same source and published within six weeks on either side of this one. This one has scored higher than 3 of them.
