This is interesting; I just found a paper the argues Hymenoptera (wasps, bees, and they cousins) have more species than beetles. Seems like a minority opinion, but hey—if you guessed this group, I’d give you points too! pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PM…
