@awtpulmdoc @EmmGeezee @JKropski I appreciated this thread. Though it may not have met MCID, 110 mL is significant -couldn’t find studies in Fibrosing pulm pts but in disabled elderly, on this study, a drop in FVC of 100 ml corresponded to 0.19 sec slower…
