Congrats to Chris and all who are involved in making these trials happen. Great to see further successes with the brachyury vaccine strategies!

Brachyury is a protein that, in humans, is encoded by the TBXT gene. In prostate cancer brachyury expression is associated with Gleason score, perineural, invasion and capsular invasion. It is also associated with resistance to cytotoxic chemotherapy.
