What are the y-axis scales (reads per million) used for the ChIP-seq tracks in Figures 2a and 3a? Are they equivalent? This information is really needed for interpretation and was omitted...

The DI in eGFP is about +8% (SD: ~22%) and this means there were two groups with + and - signs.Logically these two groups in eGFP (ideally) should be compared separately...
