Oxcarbazepine is a less potent enzyme inducer (and better tolerated) than carbamazepine. Starting low (75mg BD) generally avoids nausea etc. Main monitoring issue is for hyponatraemia. However, benefit in unselected nerve pain is equivocal: https://t.co/xV
