Abstract |
Although dermatomyositis (DM) and polymyositis (PM) share many clinical features in common, they have distinct pathophysiological and histological features. It is possible that these distinctions reflect also macroscopically, for example, in muscle alterations seen in magnetic resonance images (MRI). |
