Ethics in Consent for HIV Testing

@MaxJordan_N I was putting in a verbal for one of my docs. VDRL, Hep C, yeah fine. HIV required acknowledgement of consent. It's the history of HIV - back in the 80's laws were passed requiring the consent to test b/c of the effects. Why it's still there
