@hypertrophyhome 32% it's a lot? if we look at the graph of gluteal activation in the study above https://t.co/EN8mPA9Ylv then in general an increase of even 32% will still give low activation .

@hypertrophyhome also, activation of the glutes does not change with an increase in external resistance on the hip extensors, since doing the barbell squat allows to use more weight than the front squat ,but despite this, activation of the gluteus maximus
