コロナウィルスで死亡リスクが高い人を推定する機械学習モデルが発表されました。 ・乳酸脱水素酵素(LDH) ・リンパ球 ・高感度C反応性タンパク質 とのことです。 マーカー自体は割とメジャーそうですが、推定精度はかなり高そうです。すごい!

普通の血液検査の項目にもあるLD(LDH)が高いことが「切迫したリスクのある患者」を識別する指標と指摘されています。紛らわしいですが善玉コレステロールといわれるHDLとは別の項目で、LD(LDH)のほうは通常は検査されないようです。少なくとも最近測定した私の血液検査報告書には測定無しでした
