Nice. One curious finding: there are no “universal” archetypes of public views of democracy — what are ppl rating, then, when they are asked evaluate democracy (ie “democratic support)? Cross-national comparisons less clear to me after writing this paper.
Hopefully, in the not-too-distant future, you'll see an extended and detailed book-length analysis of the US case delving into why (and how) this matters (with @ntdPhD and @GaddieWindage (stay tuned...)
