Abstract

Enzyme replacement therapy for Fabry disease, consisting of biweekly infusions, interferes daily life. Home treatment proved beneficial. We evaluated a previously reported home treatment algorithm aiming to shorten the period of in-hospital infusions, while ascertaining patient safety.
