Green tea leaves contain high levels of aluminum (Al) — In groups receiving tea decoction alone or Al + graded doses of tea, reserve of iron fell in all organs 59% & 18%. Al alone or with drinking doses of tea reduced hemoglobin 24 & 9%, hematocrit
