@halletecco Don’t fret! The Apple Watch VO2max is terrible. I’d suggest getting an actual treadmill/bike/rower test. Happy to discuss/order if you’d like. We can only manage what we measure. But the measurement itself is so important. And decent regi

@TechieTex @fmfclips No, it is incredibly inaccurate and not worth even looking at. I don’t have a single patient where it seems their Apple Watch correlated with their Avril VO2max when measured on treadmill/bike/rower
