@Eric_Fauman @SbotGwa @FinnGen_FI Here, I was curious about LTBPs (latent TGF bind. prot.), particularly LTBP2 which causes hernia when homozygous mutant (https://t.co/Ra01gVrtET). It lies 1.5M downstream of ZFYVE1 locus in this hernia GWA. I don’t know if
