@XDB500 @DrEenfeldt @SanjoyMahajan2 People who eat adequate amounts of fiber (only found in plants) tend to get T2 diabetes less frequently than people eating large amounts of animal based foods. So… they don’t need to reverse T2 diabetes as frequently.
