@YorkshireFitPod @markhelme1 Nice chat gents, thankyou. I’ve used a protocol called 3/7 when time’s short but need a decent strength stim. https://t.co/NxrRnJAbe6 10 minutes of work including a 3 minute rest! Not for newbs but decent for intermediates. Ha
