The anesthetic management of women with severe aortic stenosis (AS) undergoing Cesarean delivery (CD) remains controversial. We used a relatively new bioreactance technology to highlight the continuous hemodynamic changes related to anesthesia, delivery, and recovery in a parturient with severe AS.
