@GfellerD @timodonnell I might be off topic here, but when I saw this paper I was reminded of this one where the nominally HLA I peptides stimulate CD4+ T-cells. Which makes me wonder ELiSPOT and synthetic peptide is really measuring? https://t.co/nculsK6n
