@gilbeaq @cohan_ds @PauliJllo @arvindpawan1 @kidcongo Best I can think of is Wigley (2011) looking at a global coal-to-gas shift. Scenarios/assumptions of energy mix are pretty old. Assumes half of coal in "baseline" scenario goes to coal over 2010 to 2050
