@kidney_boy @syrton71 Decreased mortality in NSTEMI if invasive intervention <24 hrs, but just barely (OR 0.78, 95% CI: 0.61–0.99). I worry for the lack of clinical decision making utilized to identify hi vs low risk pt's or consideration of their age
