C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and IL-6 levels were significantly higher in patients with #Tuberculosis-associated #COPD (T-COPD) compared to patients with #smoking-associated COPD. IL-6 > 2.04 pg/mL predicts exacerbation of T-COPD.
