La pronación es util en pacientes despiertos no intubados. En 50pt, la mediana de SpO2 en el triage fue 80%. Después de la aplicación de O2 suplementario a pts en aire ambiente, fue del 84%. Después de agregar 5 minutos de pronación, la SpO2 mejoró a 94%.
