@noor_siddiqui_ @OrchidInc In particular, as sirtuins play a huge role in gut bacteria's impact on on obesity, I expect that metabolic reprogramming thru targeted gene therapy or breeding may be ignoring how much this stuff is shiftable via bacteria. https

@SimonDeDeo @ElysiumHQ Sirtuins have been on my radar for a while. They seem to cause problems in high fat diets in mice https://t.co/MvznGrWBsB but you'll note that article discusses the "french paradox" https://t.co/BsdRQFBoGG -> these kinds oddities
