Ladies, you only need 4400 steps per day and no need to do more than 7500 to gain the benefit of walking :) It's a luxury to be able to conduct such a large study! Been really fascinated by this topic since our 3month study in 2008 with Philips' algorithm

これは実際に身体活動量や歩数にかかわる調査をしていた人間にとってすごく腑に落ちる数字です。 対象が医療従事者ということで観察されている人が若めであることを考えれば確かに最低このくらいは欲しい。 恐らく高齢者になってくると、できればこのくらい、という感じに変わると思いますが・・・。
