日本でも8000歩/日が最適というエビデンスが有りましたが、いずれも高齢者での話。他の年齢ではどうなんでしょうか?まあ私の場合20000歩/日なんて事が多いのでやり過ぎかもしれませんが、都内生活で普通に歩くと10000歩は軽く超えると思うので。
